Or none of the above. What was it? Stunningly, the announcement of a public effort to get Reds legendary broadcaster Joe Nuxhall (who died this past year) into the Hall of Fame via the Ford Frick award.

Honestly, the mascot has no place, but if you’re going to bring a mascot for someone who pitched for the team, broadcast games for decades, is a hero to any Reds fan, wouldn’t you AT LEAST grab MISTER freaking Red?!?!

And the team wonders why no one takes them seriously.
