This season during Danny Bonaduce’s show, I Know My Kid’s a Star, Dennis Rodman called Bonaduce and challenged him to a fight. Now, maybe this was a promotional stunt to promote their new show, hosted by Hulk Hogan, coming out this year called Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling. The show will be on CMT and I’m sure provide laughs for everyone. Despite this fact, I still think it will be fun to measure the two of them up in an MMA fight!
Shall we?
With Danny Bonaduce measuring a whopping 5’ 4” (on his tip toes), he will be ridiculously undersized to Rodman and lose plenty in the reach department. Rodman, at 6’ 8”, 210 pounds, would have the distinct advantage in the boxing. Although, lets not discount the power of “roid-rage” and the impact it can have on such a fight. If Bonaduce can turn the red hair to green, and subsequently the rest of his body in a hulk-like explosion, it could give this fight a 180 degree turn. Bonaduce’s only chance is to get this fight to the ground. Lest we forget, Dennis Rodman is a four time NBA rebounding champion (total rebounds). Rodman’s lower body strength would make him a hard, lanky man to take to the mat. The last factor we have to take into account is Bonaduce’s raging alcoholism. Will he enter the ring sober? If he is indeed intoxicated will it be the Bonaduce that just can’t stop crying or the man daring enough to skateboard across traffic to a liquor store, down an entire bottle of vodka and skate back through traffic? Bonaduce’s only hope of not being jabbed out of this fight is to get Rodman to the ground with a fit of either alcohol induced or steroid related rage!
Prediction:
Rodman wins the boring three round fight with his wingspan, Bonaduce cries at two separate points in the match, and all spectators feel like well-adjusted human beings upon completion.
Interesting statistic to discount my prediction: Bonaduce is 8-0 in celebrity boxing matches!
