    This statistical surgence (it’s not a REsurgence, right?) by Hamilton is really remarkable, but you have to wonder what his shelf life is. Help me out here — have we had an athlete in recent memory come back from a major heroin addiction and have a long career?

    And no, Keith Richards doesn’t count.
