According to a report from Indianapolis television station WTHR, Kelvin Sampson is expected to be suspended pending termination, and will not coach this weekend against Northwestern.
This may not seem like news to outside observers, but those who have closely watched the IU fan base this week (both at the Purdue game and on the message boards), there has been a small but growing contingent who were calling for Sampson to be retained.
