If you’re like the rest of us here at The Meaningful Collateral, you’re a big college basketball fan. Well, we were fortunate enough to land an interview with one of the movers and shakers of the blog world when it comes to college basketball — John Gasaway, best known for his work as Big Ten Wonk the last few seasons.

We talked to John about his new site, called Basketball Prospectus, which he’s co-writing with stats guru Ken Pomeroy and others. We also chatted about college basketball in general, including the Kelvin Sampson situation at IU and the multitude of ways that teams are able to be successful on the basketball court (although those two topics weren’t at all related).
