1. Lionel Gates- Practice Squad, Tampa Bay

Welcome Lionel Gates!

Back in March, Tampa Bay RB Lionel Gates “kicked a pregnant woman’s door in, destroying her property, hitting her in the face and pushing her into a wall after arguing about whether he is the father of the woman’s unborn child, according to an arrest report filed by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office” (tboblogs.com).

This is a direct contrast from Lionel’s interview with buffalobills.com in 2005. This is a piece of that interview.

What do you do to relax in your spare time?
“One of my favorite things to do is sit back and listen to music. I just think about all the good times - my family - I am a family-oriented guy. I just think about the fun times, the family reunions and watching movies.”

Apparently he likes HIS family, but if you accuse him of carrying your kid, you better be damn sure ladies.

He is currently on the Bucs practice squad.

2. Khalif Barnes

Welcome Khalif Barnes (LT, Jacksonville). Barnes was cited for careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and violating probation from a DUI arrest. Barnes drove onto a lawn, crashed into a tree, and then left the scene of the accident. To go to his physical therapy session he said. The funny part is Barnes has a degree in Criminal Justice from Washington. Odds are he pulled the Lance Briggs defense here. Better known as “I’m drunk and the NFL has strict policies, I better leave the scene.”
