By now, any casual fan has seen the home run by Manny Ramirez in Game 2 of the ALDS.  What I found curious was how long Manny was “Being Manny” and stood at home plate to watch his HR. 

In this video, he hits the home run at 13 seconds into the clip.  He doesn’t start rounding first base until the 25 second mark.  If you want to see the full pose, go to the 1:42 Mark.  You can see Manny standing with his arms up for over 6 seconds! 

But in the end, the Angles deserved to lose, because after this, they did not throw one into Manny’s back in Game 4.  Could you imagine if “The Rocket” was pitching for the Angles in Game 4?  He would have throw at Manny’s head, then picked up the rubber off the mound and thrown it at Manny.  All the while, the announcers would be finding a ways to defend Clemens in the “He’s a warrior” defense.
